Separated Diet
Separated Diet : The Montignac diet
Principle: Today, the Montignac diet has evolved to include the concept of glycemic index (GI), which assesses the absorption more or less fast food sugars by the body. There are two types of meals available, based on the types of associations between fat and sugars:
Separated Diet : The Shelton plan
Principle: The Shelton system responds to a food classification invented by the author, which distinguishes for example the group of fruit acids, the group of melons, etc..
Separated Diet : The Antoine Diet
Differentiated diets allow to eat almost everything, but not at the same time. They recommend not eating certain foods or all aimed at a rapid saturation of the appetite for the exclusive use of a single product. The best known are the methods Anthony Shelton and Montignac.
