Separated Diet : The Antoine Diet

Differentiated diets allow to eat almost everything, but not at the same time. They recommend not eating certain foods or all aimed at a rapid saturation of the appetite for the exclusive use of a single product. The best known are the methods Anthony Shelton and Montignac.
