Workout Program
The Butt Elevating Brazilian Butt Lift
I have to admit that I bought the Brazilian Butt Lift program because of the reviews. Not Beachbody’s Brazil Butt Lift reviews where everyone remarks about the how well the program worked for them. No, I bought it because of the reviews that mentioned the Latin music and Leandro’s good looks and his adorable accent. Just being realistic here, I have a pile of workout tapes gathering dust because I find the trainer either motivating or too boring. I need something to take my mind off the workout once I master the moves, and most instructors just aren’t charismatic enough to do that. Leandro, however, looks like the kind of guy a gal like me would want to meet on a Brazilian beach, so that’s motivating.
That said, the Brazilian Butt Lift workout program is really hard. While there are five workouts on three DVDs, the main workout is called Bum Bum. The cute name is quite deceptive as it involves lots of different lunges and squats and Leandro’s trademarked moves like the Ipanema Walk, which sounds easy but it’s not. The program does work though, as soon as you try even one workout, you feel it.
I would most definitely recommend this workout to any woman. I don’t think many men would enjoy Leandro’s encouragement but, as my husband says, the models doing the workout with Leandro are hot and the camera focuses on their backsides occasionally.
