Deodorant Diet

Body odor is not always caused by poor personal hygiene. Sometimes it is due to other factors such as the presence of fungi on the skin, hormonal imbalances, certain medications, infections, poor diet, and metabolic disorders.

The use of herbs helps combat body odors, for example, aloe Vera, sage, mint, aloe. When the problem is caused by stress, can be used infusions of lemon balm, passion flower, orange blossom, chamomile or lavender.

To remove the toxins is necessary to drink plenty of water, between a liter and a half to two liters per day. It is also necessary to accompany the diet with physical activity (sports, gymnastics and yoga).

Personal hygiene is also important, the use of neutral detergent, the clothes often silent. Avoid synthetic clothing and replaced by cotton.
