Foods allowed
The detox diet is recommended by many doctors to promote the elimination of unwanted chemicals agency and environmental and dietary toxins in search of an optimization of health.
Here is a list of permitted food detox diet:
Fruits: Fruits can be eaten fresh or frozen.
Vegetables: all kinds of fresh vegetables. It is believed that there are certain vegetables that are particularly good for removing toxins, such is the case of broccoli, cauliflower, broccoli sprouts, onion, garlic, artichokes, beets, red and green vegetables.
Rice: all forms of rice, including rice crackers and rice-based pasta. We recommend the brown rice over white.
Other grains: quinoa, amaranth, millet, wheat and black can be used in place of rice. These grains can be obtained at any health food store or neighborhood stores.
Beans: green and yellow peas and lentils are the easiest to digest and require less soaking time. Other good choices are beans, pinto beans, mung beans and chickpeas. Nuts and seeds, unsalted nuts or seeds can be added to salads or eaten as a snack. Other good options include flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, chestnuts and walnuts. Peanuts and peanut butter are not recommended.
Oil: extra virgin olive oil is preferred in detox diets.
Seasoning: salt plant, sea salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and all herbs or spices.
Tea: herbal tea and green tea.
Other beverages: water, water with lemon (lemonade), fruit juice or natural vegetable and contain no added sugar, and rice milk.

Eat at least 8 glasses of plain water per day.
Take time to chew food well, especially grains.
Foods to avoid
Sugars include sugar, sugar-containing products, other forms of sugar like sucrose, dextrose, corn syrup and brown sugar. Artificial sweeteners are not usually recommended by specialists. Stevia and erythritol are permitted natural sweeteners.
Dairy: milk, butter, cream cheese, sour cream and other dairy products.
Wheat: wheat and wheat containing products such as pasta and bread.
Gluten: all grains containing gluten: wheat (including spelled, triticale, and kamut), rye, and barley.
Coffee: While most detox diets recommend avoiding coffee, a cup of acceptable common or decaffeinated coffee. Moreover, this cup of coffee can help combat headaches associated with reduced caffeine intake.

Water.
Vegetable stock.
Granola bars.
Lunch:
Vegetable soup made with vegetables of your choice.
Steamed broccoli with sesame seeds and beets sprinkled with lemon juice on brown rice.
Simply: multivitamins.
Snacks:
Carrot sticks with hummus dip.
Water.
Supplements: milk thistle.
Dinner:
Lentil curry with quinoa.
Vegetable Salad with multiple, red peppers, artichokes and sprouts topped with garlic sauce, lemon juice and olive oil.
Plant shoots.
Before going to bed:
One tablespoon of flaxseed in a glass of water.
