What is the emergency diet?

It is a diet trying to lose weight in a very quick and is based on the distribution of food during the day depending on caloric expenditure is made at any time.

The only emergency diet to lose weight quickly to cases where, as we said before, we need a special reason to lose a few kilos in 3 or 4 days.

It is not a quick diet as the rest in many cases can be repeated every two months. For three or four days their usefulness is timely and if you have some more time is preferable to try first with other weight loss formulas.

The emergency diet to lose weight to medium term is not very healthy because it dispenses with many nutrients and is easy for the body to return to again raise kilos in a short time by the lack of these nutrients.
