Green Diet (I)

green dietWith this diet, you will lose weight while detoxifying your body and decrease the amount of fat in it

This diet is one of the best weight loss while “cleanse” the body and digestive system.

However, as with any diet, consult your doctor before starting (especially in case of developing irritable bowel syndrome, have diverticula, and other digestive problems).

Important:

1 – The decrease in weight is greater at the beginning of the diet, but the fact that after losing weight more slowly no cause to terminate (except, of course, if a medical indication to that effect).

2 – There should be the diet for over 2 weeks straight, and must rest for two weeks before restart

First week

Day 1

Breakfast: orange juice and 1 slice of bread spread with low-fat cheese or jam diet.

Mid-morning: 1 yogurt

Lunch: salad of carrot, tomato, lettuce and 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese. Fruit salad.

Afternoon tea or coffee with 2 rice cakes spread with jam or cheese diet ..

Mid-afternoon: 1 fruit.

Dinner: vegetable soup and 1 filet grilled fish with mashed pumpkin. 1 fruit.

Day 2

Breakfast: grapefruit juice and 1 block.

Mid-morning: 1 bowl of cereal with skim milk.

Lunch: vegetable soup, a quarter of skinless chicken salad with tomato and lettuce. Gelatin diet.

Afternoon tea or coffee with skim milk and 2 rice crackers spread with cheese.

Mid-afternoon, 1 fruit

Dinner: Swiss chard or spinach omelet, 1 bowl of salad. Applesauce.

Day 3

Breakfast, orange juice and 3 bran cookies fat cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 fruit.

Lunch: vegetable broth, 1 cup of salad greens and 1 steak guy.

Snack: an infusion and 3 bran crackers spread with fresh diet at home.

Mid-afternoon: 1 yogurt.

Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with peas and a large fruit.

Day 4

Breakfast: biscuits infused with 3 bran fat cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 fruit.

Lunch: vegetable soup, a salad of tomatoes, carrots and egg. One serving of jelly.

Snack: Sugar-free fruit smoothie.

Mid-afternoon: tea with 3 cookies.

Dinner: vegetable broth. Mashed pumpkin with 1 / 4 chicken. A serving of applesauce.

Day 5

Breakfast: orange juice, 1 slice of bread with cottage cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 fruit.

Lunch: vegetable stock, 1 tomato stuffed with rice and tuna. 1 fruit.

Snack: infusion with or without skim milk, 2 rice cakes spread with light cream cheese.

Mid-afternoon: 1 yogurt

Dinner: 1 small steak with a dish of red cabbage salad with light mayonnaise (1 tsp).
