There’s nothing more annoying to see how fat accumulates in areas like hips, buttocks or abdomen. But there is an easy way to get rid of these ‘plump’ and reshape our bodies. The key is to understand what foods we should eat to send fat to where we really want.

Your dominant gland
There are four major glands:

  • Pancreas: you accumulate more fat in the waist and abdomen.
  • Gonads: you accumulate more fat in the hips and legs.
  • Adrenal: you accumulate more fat in the chest, back, arms and shoulders.
  • Pituitary: accumulating fat around the body, including face, arms, legs, chest, hips, even the wrists.

To reduce fat in the parts of your body where you tend to accumulate more than is necessary to know what your dominant gland. The secret to eliminate the fat in localized areas is to know what foods trigger the operation of each gland and reduce consumption.

Pancreas
Gland is the regulator of digestion and blood glucose. Carbohydrates are sugars that the digestion enter the blood, but is dangerous as the sugars remain in the arteries because they can damage them, the pancreas is a protective system that produces insulin to store carbohydrates in the muscle, but also in the fat deposits around the waist and abdomen.

Gonads
Are your female reproductive sex glands. When are the dominant, produces excess estrogen and increase your fat production, which eventually accumulate in the hips and legs.

  • Reduce food: Oils, butter, margarine, butter, chips, flour tortillas, biscuits, sweet bread, avocado, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts.
  • Foods Allowed Foods rich in iodine reduces the fat in the hips: mushrooms, asparagus, palm hearts, seaweed, iodized salt.
  • Recommended exercises: Rowing, swimming, weights with the upper body.

Adrenal
Glands are regulators of stress that cause fat to accumulate in the upper body like the chest, back, arms and shoulders.

  • Reduce food: salt, cholesterol, eggs, sausage, ham, sausage, seafood, manchego cheese, Chihuahua cheese.
  • Foods allowed: Chicken, fish, cottage cheese, brown sugar, ricotta and mozzarella.
  • Recommended exercises: Spinning and swimming.

Pituitary
It is the master gland that controls the rest, including the thyroid. If you as dominant, gain fat in all areas of the body.

  • Reduce food: Milk, cheese, cream, yogurt, Buttermilk, Butter.
  • Foods allowed: Chicken, fish, meat, ham, egg.
  • Recommended exercises: walking, running, swimming, pilates.
  • Exercises to avoid: The weights with too much weight.
