The need to lose weight often motivated by genuine and other fashion, it makes people gain all kinds of substances or objects that they claim to be effective for slimming.

Often dealing with drugs of dubious origin that may cause harm to health or rings, magnets, bracelets, and diets that are “miraculous.”

All these things apart from being scientific basis and need to play with people’s money.

Often we can see down there promises as 10 kilos in a month or lose weight by eating only fruits, etc.

Diets are silly, many of them based on very little food or extremely low calories that can endanger the health of those who follow.

We should then be clear that, whenever a food plan to significantly reduce the amount of calories our body used to incorporate would generate a loss of weight.

But the question here is: How long and how to achieve this goal?
