Scarsdale Diet (II)
Breakfast: Always the same. A grapefruit half slice of bread and coffee or tea, unsweetened better but can sweetened with sweeteners.
First day:
Lunch: Lean meat (choose according to your taste), sliced tomatoes, grilled or simmered, coffee, tea or low-calorie soda.
Dinner: Fish or shellfish (to taste), a mixed salad, a slice of bread, grapefruit or fresh fruit.
Second day:
Lunch: A salad of tuna and a grapefruit or a slice of melon.
Dinner: Two lean chops with a salad and decaf coffee.
Third day:
Lunch: Two eggs cooked to your liking, but without oil, white cheese, sliced tomatoes or zucchini or green beans and coffee.
Dinner: Acorn squash, green beans and tomatoes and a slice of bread.
Do not maintain this diet for 14 days. Can be repeated in two or three weeks, but not a constant as overexertion kidneys and increases uric acid. In principle, anyone who is not fully healthy diet should make any quick, at least not without prior professional consultation.
