Strawberry Diet
A low calorie diet, specially designed to lose weight quickly

This diet should not proceed without consultation with your doctor, or for more than 6 days
Breakfast for all days
1 cup of coffee or tea.
1 packet of sweetener.
3 cookies bran diet with 1 tablespoon low-fat white cheese, also may be 1 / 2 apple or 1 peach or 1 kiwi or strawberries 1 cup nonfat yogurt with 1.
Snacks
1 cup of coffee or tea.
1 packet of sweetener.
2 cookies bran diet with 1 tablespoon low-fat cheese or 2 slices of cheese machine.
Option: 1 peach and orange smoothie (1 large peach and juice of 2 oranges), or liquid water apple (1 apple network with 1 cup of water and sweetener to taste) or liquid water strawberries (1 cup strawberries in half a glass of water and sweetener to taste).
Day 1
Lunch

Baked stuffed squash (with corn, green onions and cheese port salut).
Salad with strawberries and peaches.
The diet allowed for:
By mid-morning and mid-afternoon tasting:
Monday to Friday: 1 slice of bran bread diet with 1 tablespoon diet spreadable cheese or 1 pot of low fat yogurt.
From Saturday to Sunday:
1 part gelatin diet with 1 fresh fruit or 4 soda crackers with jam diet.
1 time per week: 2 croissants.
To drink:
2 liters of still mineral water per day, diet sodas or broths light.
Garnishes:
Herbs or spices, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil (no more than 2 teaspoons per day), salt in moderation.
Desserts:
1 piece fresh fruit or cooked without sugar or 1 medium bowl of fruit salad or 1 serving sugar-free gelatin with 1 fresh fruit.
