<p>Gastritis is an inflammation of the mucous lining of the stomach which can be very annoying for the symptoms and usually involves: heartburn, belching, abdominal hemorrhage, nausea, vomiting, etc.</p>
<p>To prevent gastritis or relieve their symptoms when suffering, it is important to have adequate food. A diet to avoid heavy meals and foods to boost the bit heavy and soft consistency that will gradually create the mucus layer that protects the stomach.</p>

* 1 fruit juice</p>
<p>To eat:<br />
* Pureed lentils<br />
* Gallo Salad Baked<br />
* 1 pear</p>
<p>Picnic:<br />
* 1 small ham sandwich<br />
For dinner:</p>
<p>* Grilled Asparagus<br />
* Scrambled eggs with prawns<br />
* 1 fruit yogurt</p>
<p>Day 3:<br />
For breakfast:<br />
* 1 cup semi-skimmed milk<br />
* Breakfast Cookies</p>

* 1 apple</p>
<p>To eat:<br />
* Peas and Ham<br />
* Canelones bonito (without tomato)<br />
* 1 pineapple in syrup</p>

* Yogurt with cereal</p>
<p>For dinner:<br />
* Cream of mushroom soup<br />
* Bass (white fish) baked with buds<br />
* 1 curd</p>
<p>Day 4:<br />
For breakfast:<br />
* 1 cup semi-skimmed milk<br />
* Bread with olive oil and garlic</p>
<p>To eat mid-morning:<br />
* 1 fruit juice</p>
<p>To eat:<br />
* Cauliflower sautéed<br />
* Lomo to orange<br />
* 1 plain yogurt</p>
<p>Picnic:<br />
* Fruit salad</p>
<p>For dinner:<br />
* Mashed squash<br />
* Grilled sardines<br />
* 1 roasted pear</p>
<p>Day 5:<br />
For breakfast:<br />
* 1 cup semi-skimmed milk<br />
* Cookies with jam</p>
<p>To eat mid-morning:<br />
* 1 kiwi</p>
<p>To eat:<br />
* Vegetable and Chicken Paella<br />
* Salad<br />
* Cottage cheese with honey</p>

* 1 plain yogurt with nuts, not roasted</p>

* Fish Cakes with sweet corn and tomato<br />

* 1 pennyroyal, mint</p>

* Swordfish with applesauce<br />
* 1 plain yogurt</p>

* 1 piece of carrot cake</p>
