weight lossAs there is no weight training exercise that is better than another nor is there a cardio exercise is better than another. There are advantages and disadvantages to all the different variations, but if your goal is to burn fat, the critical component that will make all the difference is consistent. No matter the shape or cardio exercise you choose.

When it comes to burning fat bottom line is calories in versus calories out. And as long as you achieve that caloric deficit, does not really make much difference what kind of cardio do. (more…)
