<p><strong>The diet allowed for:</strong></p>
<p><em>By mid-morning and mid-afternoon tasting</em>:</p>
<p>Monday to Friday: 1 slice of bran bread diet with 1 tablespoon diet spreadable cheese or 1 pot of low fat yogurt.</p>
<p><em>From Saturday to Sunday</em>:</p>
<p>1 part gelatin diet with 1 fresh fruit or 4 soda crackers with jam diet.</p>
<p>1 time per week: 2 croissants.</p>
<p><em>To drink</em>:</p>
<p>2 liters of still mineral water per day, diet sodas or broths light.</p>
<p><em>Garnishes</em>:</p>
<p>Herbs or spices, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil (no more than 2 teaspoons per day), salt in moderation.</p>
<p><em>Desserts</em>:</p>
