(Can mix the ingredients like a sandwich)<br />
* 3 ounces of roast beef (roast beef) or 3 / 4 of tuna (canned in water)<br />
* 2 slices whole wheat bread<br />
* 2 lettuce leaves<br />
* 2 slices tomato<br />
1 teaspoon mayonnaise or salad dressing<br />
* 1 sugar-free soda</p>
<p>Picnic:<br />
* 1 cup of skim milk or 1 low fat yogurt without sugar<br />
* 3 or 6 crackers Graham crackers</p>
<p>For dinner:<br />
* 4 ounces of salmon or breast of chicken grilled<br />
* 1 large baked potato or 1 cup cooked pasta<br />
* 1 roll of 1 ounce<br />
1 cup steamed asparagus and 1 cup tossed salad co teaspoon olive oil or mayonnaise<br />
1 cup fresh strawberries or 4 fresh apricots<br />
* 1 cup of skim milk or 1 low fat yogurt without sugar</p>
<p>Before bed:<br />
1 cup popcorn or 6 crackers<br />
* 1 ounce cream cheese or lean ham<br />
* 1 cup of skim milk or 1 low fat yogurt without sugar</p>

<p>In the XI National Congress of the Spanish Nutrition Society (SEN) was held last June in Sitges, the experts participating in the contest said that 30 minutes a day of exercise and a proper and balanced nutrition and hydration, are essential and sufficient to maintain good physical and mental health and protect the body against possible diseases.</p>
<p>Elida Alfaro, director of Women and Sport Seminar of the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport in Madrid, specified that within 30 minutes of exercise recommended, aerobic activities should be combined with other activities of muscle strength and joint mobility. Meanwhile, Elida said these measures to be healthy, even though simple, are sometimes difficult to perform.</p>
<p>In addition, the SEN released a statement emphasizing the importance of drinking water and fluids that allow hydration of the body and the assimilation of nutrients that provide carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals, etc. While so far only had paid attention to the latter band leaving the importance of hydration.<span id="more-518"></span></p>
