<p>Breakfast: 1 coffee or tea and 2 slices of bread with two tablespoons of raspberry jam.</p>
<p>Snack: 1 fruit juice without sugar choice.</p>
<p>Lunch: 1 slice (60 gr.) Brown rice with pumpkin and 1 portion (120 gr.) Of chocolate truffle ice cream for dessert.</p>
<p>Snack: 1 fruit juice without sugar choice.</p>
<p>Dinner: 1 serving (180 gr.) Grilled beef and 1 portion (200 gr.) Raw endive.</p>
<p><strong>Day 4 </strong></p>
<p>Breakfast: 1 coffee or tea and 2 slices of bread with two teaspoons of peach jam.</p>
<p>Collation: 1 unsweetened grapefruit juice.</p>
<p>Lunch: 1 portion (100 gr.) Of gnocchi with tomato and 1 slice of chocolate cake for dessert.</p>
