If you did not drink enough water, your body has developed a pattern of storing water, which leads to unwanted pounds. The drinking water also helps flush toxins. Add lemon and tonic you have an easy and economical of the liver.</p>
<p>2. Warm up with some soup! Nutritious soups that are low in sodium are not only feeding, but also help clean the trash with a jet of water from your body. Studies have shown that people eating a daily serving of soup, you lose more weight than those who eat the same amount of calories but do not take soup.</p>
<p>3. Be an early bird! Our body follows a circadian rhythm, means that foods eaten at breakfast and lunch are metabolized differently than when eaten for dinner. Studies show that eating your daily protein and fat at breakfast helps you lose weight and have more energy, while eating the same things at dinner has tendencies of weight gain.</p>
<p>4. Eat more! Most of us have probably heard that eating several small meals a day helps you lose weight. The reason for this is that consumption throughout the day keeps you from feeling hungry and overeating at your next meal.
