The heavy drops of sugar are damaging your arteries, making them less responsive to insulin, and leave you tired, drowsy, and wishing sweets or stimulants again.

Following the guidelines or the glycemic index diet lose weight without counting calories or be desperate until the next meal.

You’ll have stable power throughout the day without cutting all the time to continue shooting. This means that it reduces the craving at all times.

Day 1
Breakfast: a bowl of oatmeal with apples cut into cubes and soy milk.
Food: sauteed vegetables with tofu and brown rice.
Afternoon: 2 rice cakes with tahini.
Dinner: omelets with broccoli. Herbal tea (always after lunch and dinner for good digestion).

Day 2
Breakfast: Muesli with unsweetened soy milk or oat.
Lunch: Chicken curry with brown rice and steamed vegetables (squash, cabbage, broccoli).
Afternoon: apple with cheese and walnuts.
Dinner: Cream of onion, cabbage, celery and peppers with grilled fish.

Day 3
Breakfast: Yogurt with fruit.
Lunch: lentil stew with millet and steamed vegetables (celery, turnips, onions, carrots).
Afternoon: A baked apple with cinnamon.
Dinner: Pumpkin filling: sauté beans, leeks, celery, fennel, cabbage and garlic and the meat of the pumpkin, add half a lemon (zest and juice, optional). Put the stuffing inside the pumpkin with a little cooked quinoa 2 hours (depending on size) in the oven. Or cook a little steamed pumpkin and the filling and then bake little).

Day 4
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple, cinnamon and nuts with soy milk.
Food: Quinoa simmered with spinach and turmeric.
Afternoon: Yogurt with nuts.
Dinner: roasted peppers and onions with foil or tofu with fish or chicken instead of tofu.

Day 5
Breakfast: Biscuits corn tahini and jelly without sugar.
Lunch: Grilled tuna sautéed with pasta, broccoli and cauliflower and carrots.
Afternoon: a handful of nuts with a piece of fruit.
Dinner: green salad and asparagus with azukis beans or chickpeas.
